How hiring works

Hiring, not configuring.

No blank canvas, no model picking, no schedule syntax. You write a job description. WeaveKit handles the desk, the tools and the model.

1

Pick a template

Start from a job that already works: a daily brief, an inbox sweep, a payroll check.

JOB DESCRIPTION Every weekday at 7:30, check my calendar and inbox, then post a short brief in #team. Ask me before emailing anyone.
2

Describe the job

In plain words: say when it works, what it reads and where it reports. Attach skills like a job manual.

A day at the office

A Friday, six to six.

You stepped in three times.

Everything else ran on its own, in threads you can read whenever.

BRAIN Brain · the facts Memory · the habits

A cabinet for facts, a notebook for habits

The brain holds what is true about your business, and agents read it first. Memory holds how you like things done.

TO YOU Draft is ready. Send it? AS YOU EmailSlackPublic posts Warm, full sentencesShort and to the pointYour voice. No em dashes.

Talks to you. Writes as you.

A voice profile keeps the two apart, tuned for each place it writes: email, Slack and public posts.

The numbers desk

It checks the numbers, too.

Tally lines up what you paid against what you billed, client by client, and checks every fee you're owed was charged. You get back only the rows that don't match.

House rules

Trust is earned, one draft at a time.

These are on from the first shift. You loosen approvals agent by agent, once each one has earned it.

Keys stay in the safe.

API keys and tokens live in a vault. Agents use them; the model never sees them.

Ask before you send.

New hires ask for approval. Email lands as a draft you send until you trust them.

$ One tab, in dollars.

One wallet for the whole team, shown in dollars, never tokens. An email lands before it runs low.

Delete it, it stops.

Changed your mind? Delete your Slack message or hit Stop, and the run ends at its next step.

BETA A second pair of eyes.

A referee model reviews finished runs for steps that were skipped. In beta.

The paper trail

Every run leaves a receipt.

Open any run and read it like a till slip: each step, the tools it touched, the model that did the thinking, what it cost in dollars, and who signed off.
