What is WeaveKit?
WeaveKit builds and runs AI employees for small businesses. You tell us the job on a 20-minute call. We build the employee, load your history, connect your accounts and keep it running. It works in Slack, on the web and on your iPhone, and if something breaks, we fix it.
WeaveKit lives at weavekit.ai, and the app is at app.weavekit.dev. It is not weavekit.io, and it is not the WeaveKit packages on npm or GitHub. Those are other products by other people.
What an AI employee does
It takes over a whole job, not one task. We build each one for your business, so it can do work no off-the-shelf tool does. If the work happens on a computer, we can build it.
- Running the team: it knows your team, who does what and who is waiting on whom. It hands out the work, chases what's late and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Invoices: it creates and sends invoices, follows up on the late ones and marks them paid when the money lands.
- Payroll and payments: it runs payroll and pays contractors through Deel, after you approve each run.
- Checking the books: it lines up what you paid against what you billed, client by client, and shows you only what doesn't match.
- Meetings: it turns each meeting into a to-do list for every person and keeps track of who promised what.
- Client reports: it logs into partner websites, even ones that ask for a security code, pulls the numbers and sends the client a finished PDF.
- A front desk: it answers calls, books appointments and follows up with your customers.
Results from real client work
- 216 tasks created and handed out to the team in 35 minutes, on its first day.
- 207 invoices checked against what each client agreed to pay, in one go. 4 didn't match.
- Every morning it logs into partner websites, pulls the new reports and lists what changed. Nobody does it by hand.
How it works
- Pick the job. On a 20-minute call, show us the work that eats your week. We'll tell you straight if it can be done.
- We build it. We write up the job, connect your accounts and load your history. Your email, Slack, contracts, books and meetings go into one place called the Brain.
- It starts its shift. It works on a schedule and reports in Slack, on the web or on your iPhone.
- We keep it running. If something breaks, we fix it. Each night it suggests what it learned, and you keep what's right.
It asks first
- Your passwords stay locked away. The AI never sees them.
- Emails and calendar invites wait for your OK. Emails start as drafts until you trust it.
- Every job shows each step, what it cost in dollars and who approved it.
- You can stop it any time.
Which tools it works with
QuickBooks, Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Asana, monday.com, Deel, DocuSign, GitHub, Granola, Superhuman, Plaid and Meta are ready today. For anything else, we build the connection, or it logs into the website the way a person would.
How it's different from ChatGPT or Zapier
ChatGPT answers when you ask. Zapier and n8n run steps you set up and maintain yourself. A WeaveKit AI employee has a job, a schedule and access to your tools, remembers your business, and we build and run it for you.
What it costs
The price depends on the job, and we tell you on the call, before anything starts. After that, every job shows what it cost in dollars, and you can set spending limits.
Who is behind WeaveKit
